1. Products & Sizing
What types of swimwear does Norca offer?
Norca offers women's training swimsuits, men's jammers and briefs, athletic bikinis, SecureFlo period swimwear and custom team swimwear for swimmers of different ages and experience levels.
How do I choose the right swimsuit size?
We recommend consulting the size guide on the relevant product page before placing your order. If you're between sizes or unsure which size to choose, contact our team for assistance before purchasing.
How should a competitive swimsuit fit?
Competitive swimwear is designed to fit snugly to provide a secure fit in the water. Your swimsuit should allow you to move comfortably without excessive restriction.
What is SecureFlo period swimwear?
SecureFlo is Norca's period swimwear collection, designed to provide additional protection and confidence while swimming during your period. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific product features and care instructions.

How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and seasonal demand. Please refer to the information provided at checkout or contact our team for an update.
How long will shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Applicable shipping costs and available delivery options are provided at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Changes and cancellations cannot be done once an order has been processed or shipped.
3. Custom Team Swimwear
Can I order custom swimsuits for my swim team?
Yes! Norca offers custom team swimwear for clubs, competitive teams and organizations. Contact us to discuss team designs, colours, logos, sizing and ordering requirements.
Can I return or exchange a custom team swimsuit?
No. All custom team swimwear is final sale. Custom team swimsuits cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
This policy also applies when the size selected does not fit as expected. Please verify sizing carefully before submitting your order.
4. Returns & Exchanges
What is Norca's return policy?
Eligible, non-custom swimwear may be returned in accordance with the conditions and timeframes outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Items must meet the applicable return conditions, including requirements for original condition, tags and packaging.
What if my swimsuit is defective?
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos. We'll review your concern and advise you on the next steps.
5. Swimwear Care
Proper care helps preserve your swimsuit's fit, fabric quality and performance. We recommend rinsing your swimsuit with cold, fresh water after every swim and hand-washing it with Splash Swimwear Wash.
How should I wash my regular training swimsuit?
To help extend the life of your training swimsuit, we recommend the following care routine:
Rinse after every swim. Rinse thoroughly in cold, fresh water to remove chlorine, salt and other residues.
Hand-wash with Splash Swimwear Wash. We recommend gently hand-washing your swimsuit in cold water using Splash Swimwear Wash.
Avoid harsh products. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh detergents.
Do not wring. Gently press out excess water without twisting the fabric.
Air-dry. Hang or lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not tumble-dry or iron.
Store when dry. Ensure your swimsuit is completely dry before storing it.
How do I wash and care for my period swimwear?
Proper care helps maintain the performance and longevity of your Norca SecureFlo period swimwear.
After each use, follow these steps:
Rinse immediately. Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear.
Hand-wash with Splash Swimwear Wash. Gently hand-wash in cold water using Splash Swimwear Wash, which we recommend for cleaning period swimwear.
Avoid harsh products. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh detergents, as these may damage the fabric and affect its performance.
Do not wring. Gently press out excess water without twisting or wringing the garment.
Air-dry. Hang or lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not tumble-dry or iron.
Wash promptly. Avoid leaving used period swimwear damp in a swim bag for an extended period.
Always follow the care instructions on your garment's label.
What swimwear wash do you recommend?
We recommend Splash Swimwear Wash for both regular training swimsuits and period swimwear.
Hand-washing with a swimwear-specific wash is a gentle way to care for performance fabrics and help keep your swimwear ready for your next swim.
Can I put my swimsuit in the washing machine or dryer?
We recommend hand-washing your swimwear in cold water and allowing it to air-dry. Avoid tumble-drying, ironing and exposing your swimsuit to excessive heat. Always follow the care instructions on the garment label.
How can I make my swimsuit last longer?
To help preserve your swimsuit:
Rinse it with cold, fresh water after every swim.
Hand-wash with Splash Swimwear Wash.
Avoid bleach, fabric softener and harsh detergents.
Do not twist or wring the fabric.
Air-dry away from direct sunlight and heat.
Avoid leaving your swimsuit damp in a swim bag.
Store it only when completely dry.
