Purchase Options:
We currently offer the following purchase options:

• One-Time Purchases: Pay in full at checkout.

• Pre-Orders (if applicable): Secure your item before it launches. Your payment will be charged at the time of order. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page.

• Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are delivered via email and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:

• Order Changes & Cancellations:
  If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it by emailing sales@norcaswim.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

• After Processing Begins:
  Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes. In that case, you may follow our return policy once your item is delivered.
