Norca Swimwear Returns & Local Exchanges Policy
At Norca Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and defective items.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been worn or washed.
All custom team suits are final sale and cannot be returned.
Receipt: Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate your return or exchange.
Shipping Instructions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges Policy
Exchanges are only available within the Montreal area.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service to coordinate an exchange locally.
Please note that swimwear can only be exchanged once for a different size or color.
Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
