Norca Swimwear Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Norca Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and defective items.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been worn or washed.
Receipt: Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Worn Swimsuits & Manufacturing Defects
Worn Swimsuits: Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of swimwear, worn swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you experience a defect in workmanship or material after wearing the swimsuit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of discovering the issue. We will review the situation and may request that the swimsuit be returned for inspection.
Manufacturing Defects: If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit as a resolution.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate your return or exchange.
Shipping Instructions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for a different size or style, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and processed. Swimwear can only be exchanged one time for a different size or color.
Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
