At Norca Swim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Swim suits must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or used.
- Receipt: Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate your return or exchange.
- Shipping Instructions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for a different size or style, we’ll ship the new item once the returned item is received and processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as needed.
